I started this list quite a while back and have been adding to it ever since. I thought I would post it here to see if anyone wants it; if any of these guys get banned because of this post, it could possibly make my job easier seeing as some of these guys (Icecube for one) hack servers, then find high admin's guids from other clans on that server to hack.

Then it was someone under his name. Either way, that IP has been linked to using a hacked rcon. If it wasn't him, then banning that IP won't ban him.
